If you find a pot you like, you have several ways in which you can place your order:
(1) Call me directly and leave a message with your number where you can be reached and the best time to call you. Please indicate the item # in your message (e.g., AC003).
(2) Use the order form (click above or on the page your looking at). When you send the order, it will come directly to my email. You can also print out the form when completed and fax it to me: 303-474-3744. When you have more than one item, you need submit only one order form for your entire purchase. Put the total amount of your order on the form. The order form makes it easy to use PayPal (see below).
The order form can be useful just as a place to itemize your order, when you are ordering more than one piece.
CUSTOM-ORDERS
Custom-orders must be handled by phone, though the initial contact may be via e-mail. There is a turn-around time of 6 to 8 weeks, depending on when in the studio work cycle the order is placed. A deposit of 50% of the cost is required, with the remainder due upon completion of the order, prior to shipment.
METHODS OF PAYMENT
The following are acceptable methods of payment:
--By personal check, made out to "Way Shen"
--By money order, made out to "Way Shen"
--By PayPal (which will allow you to use a credit card)
In an effort to lower overhead, payment must be received before the order is shipped. Using PayPal to purchase your order: After you have determined the total cost of your order, you can click on "Buy Now" at the bottom of the Order Form to send your payment through PayPal. PayPal will email me when it receives a payment. Be sure to make a copy of your order form prior to going through PayPal to pay.
If you have more than one item, you need use only one Order Form with the total amount of purchase.
